Here, at Lyla Brows & Beauty, we value the importance of transparency for all clientele. Here we lay out all of our simple policies to keep business equitable, straightforward and effortless

CANCELLATION & TARDINESS POLICY

Please arrive on time and makeup-free for your appointment. If you are running late please contact us. We are always booked back to back therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, we will try our best to complete your service within the time remaining. For example, if you book a lash refill (1 hour service time)  and you are 20 minutes late, I will refill your lashes for 40 minutes. You will still be charged full price. 

– If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

-With late cancellations or no-shows your pre-payment will be forfeited will be charged the full-service price.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept refunds on products or services. If there is an issue with your brows or lashes we are happy to help fix the issue within 48 hours. Products can be exchanged within 30 days as long as the product is unused. 

GUEST POLICY

Please arrive to your appointment without any additional guests that aren’t being serviced. Due to our insurance policy, our environment and space, no children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the spa suite. Our environment is designed for a 1 on 1 relaxing service time and is not safe for children due to the lack of space and sharp tools and objects around. You will need to have your eyes closed for a long period of time and children can not be left unattended. Additional guests will be asked to wait in the lobby area due to the lack of space to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding. 

LASH BATH POLICY

A lash bath fee may be applied to clients with extra care needed to make lash retention at its finest (at the artist’s discretion). If any residual makeup (etc.) has to be removed, this fee of $9 will keep our services fair. To best avoid this fee, please arrive with lashes freshly cleansed! Our artists even have cleansers ready for purchase on hand.

SERVICE POLICY

  • Please arrive makeup-free and with clean brows and lashes. 
  • If you have lash extensions on from another artist and want to book a refill with us, please notify us when booking your appointment. We can not guarantee we can perform the service until we analyze your lashes in person. Please ask your previous artist for your lash info so we can create the same look for you. (style, lengths, curls, dimension etc.) You must have at least 40{b334c149c2e0621789fbcf0b6f5dfba812b3a8c84cf1a9b04a3b4b1aad1012d3} of your lash extensions on in order for it to be considered a refill. Your lashes must be healthy and clean and your lash extensions must have been applied properly otherwise a removal and/or full set will be needed and charged accordingly. 
  • All active promotions are valid for one-time use per client. First-time promotions are to be used on your first time getting any particular service done unless advertised otherwise.
  • When booking a refill please make sure you have at least 40{b334c149c2e0621789fbcf0b6f5dfba812b3a8c84cf1a9b04a3b4b1aad1012d3} of your lash extensions in tact. If you have less than 40{b334c149c2e0621789fbcf0b6f5dfba812b3a8c84cf1a9b04a3b4b1aad1012d3} left, a removal and/or full set will be needed and charged accordingly. Also, please know refills take approximately 1-1.5 hours, full sets 2-2.5 hours, removals 20 minutes.
